Return & Reship Policy

At World Online Meds, we want you to receive the correct product(s) in good condition. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or missing items, we will offer a replacement (reship) or a refund, depending on the situation and eligibility.

Return window (7 days)

You may request a return within 7 days of delivery, provided that:

  • The product is unused, unopened, and in original packaging with seals intact.​

  • You provide your order number and proof of delivery/receipt.

Non-returnable items

  • Any product that is opened, used, partially used, or has a broken seal.​

  • Any item marked “final sale” or “non-returnable” on the product page (if applicable).

Damaged / wrong / missing items (report within 72 hours)

If your order arrives damaged, you received the wrong item, or something is missing, you must contact us within 72 hours of delivery with:

  • Order number

  • Photos of the outer package + shipping label + item(s) received

  • A short description of the issue

If approved, we will reship the correct item(s) at no additional cost or issue a refund, depending on availability and your preference.

Delivery issues / lost packages

  • If tracking shows Delivered but you didn’t receive it, contact us within 2 days and we will review the case (we may request additional confirmation and/or carrier investigation).

  • If tracking shows In Transit with no movement for 15 days, we will review and may offer a reship/refund after investigation.

Refunds (if approved)

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method. Refund processing time can vary depending on your bank/payment provider.
